It has high content of vitamins minerals calcium and fibres . it is very familiar in southern states in India like Tamilnadu and Karnataka . Our gherkins are farm fresh which is cultivated and harvested under contract with farmers who own the gherkin farms , we monitored each and every stages of the plantation of gherkins and harvest and it will be processed in our factory with hygienically for acetic and vinegar product .

Gherkins, or baby pickles, are small cucumbers, typically those 3 to 13 cm (1 to 5 in) in length, often with bumpy skin, which are typically used for pickling. The word gherkin comes from early modern Dutch gurken or augurken, 'small pickled cucumber'. The term gherkin is also used in the name West Indian gherkin for Cucumis anguria, a closely related species
